“Great stay but a little spoiled the room not matching description”
The best

We liked the room except we paid for a side sea view and we got a view of the golf course and golf course netting. Air-conditioning during our stay was good but only available between 12:00 and 20:00. The AC didn't have any conditions listed when we booked. There were no lifts in the block to our room, this with a buggy. Lifts are listed as present. Food was really good. Drink included in the breakfast and dinner buffet. Snack bar during the day was reasonable. Entertainment was really good. Plenty of parking available just outside the hotel so didn't have to pay for parking. Kids entertainment General entertainment Beach and pools Kids area Spa heated pool (but you need a swimming cap) All good and in general we had a good stay.

To be improved

When you set up to borrow a towel from reception, you are given a card but also a paper contract. It wasn't clear this was important until check out where a really big deal was made of this and the check out staff didn't want to give back my deposit. Room 1211 to be listed correctly as a Golf Course View and not a side sea view, please see photo and location of room on map. The air-conditioning not being available at all time of the day. Staff told me on check-in the room was a side sea view even though I could see from the map it wasn't. I pointed this out but they didn't change it. Called reception regarding AC and then received a call back with the information about it only being available between 12:00 and 20:00. Whilst complaining about this with Booking.com the hotel has refused to acknowledge there were any issues with out stay or that we complained at the time. I have been very disappointed with the way they have dealt with these issues. Pools were extremely cold in May, except the paid indoor heated pool

Nice and family friendly hotel located on the beach. Surrounded by nice and well managed gardens and a golf course. This Hotel is an ideal starting point for excursions to Granada or the Alpujarra.

“Very good beach side resort for families”
The best

This is a very well maintained resort with a private beach access. There are large swimming pools and a lot of activities to indulge in. The staff also keeps organizing games through the day to engage the guests. The rooms are spacious and have access to the garden. It's a wonderful place for small kids, teens, young adults and even senior citizens. The resort is very tidy and clean in spite of it's massive size. The rooms are comfortable and has all the basic amenities.

To be improved

The restaurant only has buffet options. There is no a-la-carte. Parking in the resort is expensive but there is plenty of free parking on the street. There is limited access to the public transport.
