The only downside and biggest issue was the beds. The main bed was a wobbly old frame and uncomfortable mattress and the sofa bed was not fit as a sofa let alone a bed. 4 nights was not pleasant or restful and I wish I had read deeper into the reviews before booking as it appears this is an issue that has been raised before. Otherwise the stay was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the area and I hope the property owners read their reviews and invest in a new bed and sofa bed, it would make all the difference.

Apartment very poorly equipped - kitchen absenting elementary things such as wine opener or knife (except one broken on photo) - dinning table was a joke (photo), nothing on the terrace - you have to move it in and out. quite difficult - no place to put our purse, watch, little thing - such one clunky light holder (photo) - bed short and extremely soft, one pillow large pillow for two persons (photo) - wifi password -> find yourself on the router - no communication neither response from the host for our queries for all four days of our stay

No information provided regarding keys or code for lock-box until I made contact with the host, minutes prior to arrival. Info provided only in Spanish via WhatsApp. When I entered the apartment, there was mouldy coffee in the coffee maker. The WiFi was not working. When I contacted the host about the WiFi they never responded. I had no internet connection for the entire 6-day trip. Also, there is no table of any kind in the apartment, so nowhere to leave small items on, and nowhere to eat if you prefer to do so indoors

WiFi not working at all throughout my stay. Reported this on the first day. Told on the second day an engineer would need entry to repair. Then no further communication. Inadequate cupboard with most of the space taken up by spare mattress and bedding. No table or chair of any kind in the room. No drawers or shelves. No full length mirror - my request for this ignored. No microwave or oven. 50 steps up 3 flights not adequately described. No flexibility re check in and no luggage storage. Communication very poor.

The bed. The “mattress” was not long enough, and too soft so that it sunk in the middle causing my partner and I to roll to the middle in our sleep. The shared pillow was far too thick - on night 1 I ended up using my hands as a pillow and on night 2 we used the couch cushions. Also, the bed frame was squeaky.
