The best

New, clean, very nice appartment, just like in the photos.

To be improved

At first the owner was not responding via booking.com or the telephone. After several attempts and after we also did a bit of researching for other ways to make contact, we did manage to establish it. After that, she sent us further instructions and the code for picking up the keys.

The best

Well-equipped, spacious studio apartment. More like a large hotel suite in size. Very comfortable and well thought-out. Immaculately clean. Lovely and large bathroom (shame there's no tub as there's plenty of room for one, but the shower is huge and good quality). The surrounding area is unfortunately really dirty and run-down, which is the only thing that lets this property down, but there's free parking directly opposite and it's only a 15 minute drive into the centre of Valencia, so it was otherwise perfect for what was needed.

The best

I could live in the apartment full time, it was that good!!! Great facilities including clothes washing machine, free to use. The decorating and design was really good and very comfortable. Great shower!!!

To be improved

The building does not have kerb appeal. Not that easy to find....the address label could have been bigger.

The best

Great communication with the host. Property was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was big with a good shower. Lots of natural light and quiet even being on the ground level. Ample parking on the street.
