in the apartment apartment everything was beautiful. the apartment is really spacious. everything you needed was in there. fantastic location

the check in process was a bit if a pain. we were told they'd be someone to receive our luggage even though we couldn't enter until 3pm.taxi dropped us at location. we got a long text message in Spanish with pictures and instructionsof a padlock. totally different place. the local hairdresserhad to read it for us. . stuck with our cases all day. also it said there was a terrace. it's padlocked and when you get up there there's nothing on it. I was expecting at least somewhere nice to sit

The best

Very clean , very spacious. Very well equipped except for no shower gel or soap, very quiet bedrooms at the back, excellent individual air conditioning and fan. Nice living room, dining area to have your breakfast. Good size balconies with a view of the street.

To be improved

Maybe the location , if I was by myself I could be a bit intimidated if coming back late at night which it was our case. Also where we picked up the keys for the apartment was a bad area and the lock that keeps the key was hard to find since there was no visible # of the building or garage, not my favorite place for a couple of women to be , of all the apartments I have rented this was the worst pick up place. I am sure the owner can find a more suitable place for foreigners to get the keys. Other than that, no complains. Also, renters, be aware that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor with steep stairs not suitable for people with bad knees which was my case.

Very spacious appartement in central location with stylish furnitures, wall paper.

To be improved

The communication with the host was not smooth. I got authomatic pre-preapared messages (how to check in, etc ...), when I asked back about how to reach the described terrace availability, and about the not working washing machine I never got a reply. No terrace. Washing machine is broken.

“Local excellent apartment”

The best

The location was excellent, it was a short distance to the center, but at the same time we felt like we were among the locals. Extremely pleasant and definitely the best feeling from our long journey to explore Spain. as for the accommodation, the apartment was large and clean, furnished with sensitivity. You can tell right away from the equipment, when you can see that the cheapest parts were not used.

“A great place to stay for a city break in Seville”

The best

A clean and beautifully decorated place in the heart of tourist Seville. Probably one of the best places to rent on booking.com that I have had the opportunity to rent at a reasonable price. You can feel the taste and attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort of guests. The silence and lack of noise reaching both bedrooms means that your sleep will be long and you will wake up refreshed. Very comfortable and, what is worthy of recognition, professionally made up beds make you feel as if you were a guest of a 5-star hotel.

To be improved

It's really hard to find something, except for the fact that those traveling by car have to use paid underground parking lots (cost approx. 26 Euro per day), but that's the location
