Independent Apartment At Villa Noelia Benalmádena With Private Pool, Garden & Parking

Hi so where does it's state I did not pay for an entire house i.e Villa Noelia. It states no where in the property description the owners are living upstairs and I need to add it was non refundable and the advert is completely and uttering UNTRUE it is not a villa or an entire house it's a dark apartment with the owners and their children upstairs making noise and constantly running up and down the stairs right outside the door. This is not acceptable and a complete misdescription. I want a 50% refund as a minimum my partner who flew in as very angry it was not the entire villa 2 bedroom house I had booked Advertised as a Villa - 2 bed Villa called Villa Noelia We paid for Villa Noelia and booked a Villa. The confirmation confirmed we had booked - AN ENTIRE 2 BEDROOM HOUSE i.e Villa Noelia. We arrived to find it was not actually a Villa but a very dark downstairs ground floor of a house. We were in utter shock. It states no where in the property description the owners and their children living upstairs and that its not a villa but a downstairs very dark apartment. We need to add it was non refundable so when we complained direct to the owner on arrival he made it clear you can leave but you WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK. We were both shocked and disgusted and were beyond upset we had both been working away and this was supposed to be a romantic get away. Instead we had to endure the owner and their children making noise, we heard every foot step and constant running up and down the stairs right outside the door of the ground floor where we were staying. This is not acceptable and a complete misdescription. We requested a 50% refund but the owner just laughed at us. Booking.com said they couldn't do anything ??? but it is advertised as booking the entire villa and not a dark floor with the owners upstairs making noise and watching you.
