We chose not to use the kitchen to cook as appliances are counter type ones (microwave and a counter toaster oven.) Not a big deal for us but we do always prefer to cook our own breakfast and dinners during travel.

Bathroom was on the second and 3rd floor. But based on the age of the building it was well equity and in great condition. Ac on 3rd floor didn’t keep up with the heat or outside.

The stairs inside the apartment to reach all the rooms is actually dangerous. Kitchen uncomfortably small to operate in. We removed some equipment to the dining table to make space. The beds uncomfortable. The second bathroom on the 3rd level extremely small, doors were removed and it was just standing in the bathroom taking up space.

The stove had broken knobs or missing knobs. The worst was the bathroom for the second bedroom. The access was dangerous, with a step down and a very large step up, with a little stool to supposedly help! One could easily trip and fall down the stairs! The shower door was broken, so water spilled out when showering.
