The location is fabulous, easy walking distance to all shops, bars, cafes, beach etc

To be improved

The host was available to fix easy issues, like the tv, but was not so helpful when we really needed help with workmen knocking down the walls next to us. Also the shower flooded the bathroom as the drain was full of hair. My husband unblocked it - no thanks from the host

Very central yet quiet. Very clean and well kept.

To be improved

Landlord advised there was a problem with air conditioning and made several promises to fix but failed to turn up. Meant apartment was cool and uncomfortable in evenings. This was disappointing.
