“Rude night-receptionist.”

The Location was good. Close to metro and public transportation and close to airport.

To be improved

Night reception was super rude. Earlier we were told we could have breakfast earlier since we needed to checkout early but when we returned in the night, the reception said it was not possible and there were no shops still open to get some food for ourselfs, we booked a double bed but got two single beds and because of the slippery floor they kept moving away from eachother, they also are not very comfortable, there was just one uncomfortable pillow and the roomkey stopped working we got told off by the same night receptionist that we should not have held it close to our phone and got annoyed. Beside the location I would not recommend.

The hotel is clean, has good air conditioning, a 24h front desk and a decent breakfast.

To be improved

The single room was a little small, but not uncomfortable. They could do with an ironing board.

“Friendly and efficient staff. Good location a few minutes walking from Tetuan metro station. On a quiet street. Good air conditioning but slightly noisy. A few blocks from an excellent Carrefour Supermarket on the corner of Huesca and Orense. · Cons: No coffee in room. Small TV.”
