“Exceptional”
The best

The apartment is centrally positioned in La Lajita, with all amenities very close by. It was clean and well appointed with a fully functioning kitchen. The host provided basic condiments, including fruit, water, wine, and beer on arrival. It had a balcony positioned off the main bedroom and living room. A relaxing seated courtyard style area gave access to the apartment. The spacious rooftop terrace can be accessed from stairs from the "courtyard" and is quite spectacular, offering amazing views to the sea and all around the bay. It boasts a comfortable protected sitting area next to the hotub and sun bathing areas, including a shower, and is completely private. The acid test is would I stay here again? The answer is a resounding yes.

To be improved

An observation is that the rooftop terrace wouldn't be child safe for toddlers who would need constant supervision. This wasn't an issue for me personally.
