The best

• The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of plates, cups, and cutlery. • There were enough towels and spare bed sheets provided. • Access to Netflix, internet, and heating was a nice touch for comfort during our stay. • The host was very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. • The bed was comfortable, and while the views were slightly restricted due to the flat’s location, they were still lovely. • The area was well-maintained, with visible cleaners and security. • Once operational, the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful bonus.

To be improved

• The welcome book wasn’t translated into English, which made some details harder to understand. • The flat doesn’t get any direct sunlight during the day, making the balcony too cold to enjoy in winter—this should be noted in the listing. • The outside decorative candle-shaped light wasn’t working, and the TV in one of the bedrooms wasn’t set up or functional. • Although the flat was cleaned before our arrival, some areas were dusty, and the TV remotes were sticky, indicating that the cleaning could have been more thorough. • Local shops weren’t easily accessible, which may be inconvenient for some guests. • The heated pool was out of action for the first two nights due to refurbishment, which was disappointing.
