Apartment very close to beach with wonderful view and good sized balcony with table chairs and sun beds.

To be improved

Bin in bathroom had not been emptied from previous occupants. Dirty oven tray and frying pan needed to be replaced. Outside table not very clean.

The best

Great location, close to the beach, parking space available, very nice terrace, beautiful sea view. In the area restaurants, promenade, children's playground. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (although it's generally small, the cutlery and pots are in the TV cupboard, but let's say it's not a bother), washing machine available. Air conditioning/heating provided to each room.

To be improved

The sofa in the living room is old. One part 'pulls out' from under the other and they are not connected. As a result, the two parts can 'pull apart' at night, so sleeping on the sofa is not very comfortable. The flat is definitely more suitable for two people than four. The apartments have poor sound proofing, which is probably a feature of the whole building, but you can hear the neighbours. In my opinion, the shower curtain also needs changing.
