We were relocated by the property partners due to a plumbing issue. We had paid in full for the apartment when we booked the property. We were given insufficient time(notified by whatsapp during the flight to Malaga) to make alternative arrangements and the property we were relocated to did not match the criteria that we used when making our initial booking.

To be improved

There were a number of issues. The disturbance due to people congregating outside the apartment at night and resulting noise could be heard in the apartment. The most serious issue was being unable to access the apartment one night due to the battery not working in the digital lock. Despite repeated calls to booking.com customer service and the property partners the matter was not resolved until mid morning the next day.

They were aware that the AC remote needed batteries and despite the office being 2 doors away they never dropped them off. Also only Spanish speaking tv, but that’s a minor as we weren’t there to watch telly 😂 AC in smaller bedroom not very cold despite it being the newer one
