Some small changes could make the stay better for example, properly fitting bin liners in the bins, providing basic equipment like washing up liquid, salt and oil, and better quality/non-broken pans and cups, and bettwr quality cutlery. The kitchen is a good size so it is a pity is is not better equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and so is the living room. The towels are thin and cheap and the bathroom could use updating generally, the shower pressure isn't great and the shower head is old. The decoration in the bathroom is dated but we didn't care about that, just that the shower was weak. Overall for location and quiet noise levels given location, it is good value for money but it would take only a small investment in the kitchen and bathroom to really improve the guest experience.

Difficult check-in process. We had trouble finding the apartment and the host said she would meet us but did not. Then we were asked for a $200 credit card deposit with was rejected for two different cards.

Bath towels too small. No wine glasses.
