“The worst experience with a host ever.”

Nothing. Crappy Airbnb properties and hosts shouldn't be admitted to a platform like Booking.com.

From early Monday morning, even after 9:00 AM, we tried multiple times to contact the number provided just to verify the reservation—not to request an early check-in or make any special demands. However, every call went straight to voicemail, and we never received any response. Due to the complete lack of communication and clear information, we were forced to find an alternative accommodation, as we couldn’t risk arriving at a place where we couldn’t even confirm if someone would be there to receive us. Naturally, we would have preferred to keep the original booking and avoid the hassle of having to find a new place last minute. What was most disappointing is that, despite this situation clearly being caused by the establishment’s incompetence, they refused to cancel the reservation and charged us the full amount without us ever setting foot on the property. A place that shows such a lack of professionalism and zero accountability should not be listed on a platform like Booking.com. If this is their final stance, the property will be reported to Booking’s Customer Service, in hopes that future users will be spared such a frustrating and unfair experience.

“The entrance to the hotel and the room was nice. The location was excellent, really convenient and in an ideal area of the safe neighborhood (Salamanca). · Cons: The entire hallway heading to the rooms was a bit post-apocalyptic. I think they were doing some construction but it was alarming at first. Also, when you book through Booking and not the hotel, the concierges are not the most welcoming”

I stayed only 4 nights but the flat everything for longuer stays (clothes-washmachine, cofee machine, etc) · Cons: A/C was provided by two very-noisy A/C towers (That are NOT-SHOWN in the pictures!!). The constant noise make it difficult to sleep. Advertising the flat as "with A/C" is in the the grey-zone for "misleading publicity".”

Unfortunately, our stay was uncomfortable due to a lack of proper air conditioning. There is no AC in the bedroom, and with temperatures reaching 40°C, it was nearly impossible to sleep. The apartment only has a small portable AC unit, which doesn’t adequately cool the space. Additionally, the washing machine was out of service and seemed to have been broken for some time, which was disappointing. The location and communication were fine, but the extreme heat and lack of functioning amenities made the stay difficult.
