“A little good a little bad”

The location was a five minute walk to the beach The cleaning lady rescued my phone that got mixed up in the bedding when we left They give you a little care package with a garbage bag, cleaning sponge, cleaning cloth, a washing machine tablet, shampoo, body wash and mouthwash It's quiet area Lots of restaurants within walking diatance Lots of free on street parking Elevator

The furniture is all quite old, there were twin beds of different heights, mould in the shower and we had to clean the toilet and floors when we arrived. The management was informed immediately and they did not respond until the next day. They offered to send out someone to clean but we had already done it obviously. They did not so much as acknowledge my email never mind apologize. They sent someone out anyway and she just looked around and I told her the problem and she left. I'm not sure if we were expected to bring our own bedding - I didn't notice if it said so on the site or if this is just common knowledge - but the bedding that is there is very basic and no towels. The couch is very hard and uncomfortable
