“The hotel was right on the beach close to the center of town, with some really nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There is a bus stop less than 100m away that services Palma and the Airport, as well as other nearby towns. Paguera is a nice town, very quiet with some excellent restaurants, bars and shops. · Cons: There is building work going on currently near by, totally out of the control of this hotel but it can be noisy although they seem to be nearing the end. The balcony doors block out all of the noise though.”

The hotel was right on the beach close to the center of town, with some really nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. To be improved

There is building work going on currently near by, totally out of the control of this hotel but it can be noisy although they seem to be nearing the end. The balcony doors block out all of the noise though.

A lot of effort had obviously been put into decorating the reception - the decoration of the rooms was not quite to the same standard.

“Fantastic view and location”

The best

Amazing views from the front sea view apartment. Staff are great and are informative and contactable. Just off the main strip and very near a main bus stop and supermarkets. Super quiet. The view is just perfect!

To be improved

The accommodation is dated and basic. The bed was very hard and the bathroom was functional with no frills. Some of the floor tiles need replacing. The balcony is small but ok. The main issue is food preparation and cooking. Sandwiches and basic meals cooked in a pan would be ok but nothing more extravagant. We hadn't planned to eat out but did every day to save the stress🤣 We would still return but we would go a little more prepared.

Perfect location, right on the beach and along the main bolevard. Clean and tidy, shower was very good. The little touches of the tote bag and hat were lovely. Carlota could not have been more accommodating and helpful

It's not really a hotel set up. There isn't a reception and you collect your keys from a lockbox.
