The location excellent. The renovations are beautiful so plush, more space and done very tastefully.

To be improved

No coffee in the bedrooms. Maybe a shower downstairs in the cloakrooms for people who have late flights home. No female masseurs during the week in the spa.

The staff on reception were exceptional. They seemed genuinely interested in you and couldn't do enough for you. When we needed a technician to fix something minor they were there within minutes. I loved the fresh orange juice at breakfast and good quality tea.

To be improved

The breakfast was ok but fried eggs were often cold and the bacon they use is horrible. Can you get UK type back bacon or even the American quite crispy type. Also, some days there was nice fruit like grapefruit or oranges but on other days the fruit could be hard and uninviting.

“Lovely location, easy access to the beach”

You can take a bus from the airport and the stop is just a few minutes walk to the hotel. Very good alternative to save some € and not take an uber. Hotel location is next to the beach and if you want to just hang around in the pool then you have 2 options to choose from. The gym is also decent. Rooms very spacious, we got the sea view and it’s such a treat to just sit in the balcony and watch the ocean.

To be improved

Not a fan of being passed around just to get new beach towels. Went to the front desk to get fresh towels, was told to go to the pool area, then the person there told me to again go to the front desk. Not a great process when it’s check in/out time coz the front desk is packed. I just want new towels!
