The breakfast is amazing. Room is clean. Common area perfect for work and business trip. Shuttle is very convenient.

To be improved

They didn't give me the full size bed I requested but gave me two twin beds. The pillows are toooooo soft. My neck hurt. Dinner/lunch isn't that good. Chef needs improvement.

The best

It is perfect for one night near the airport to catch a morning flight the next day. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. The lobby is very nice and smells fresh. Breakfast is OK.

To be improved

Staff take too long in check in process. The restaurant is OK but not the best for dinner options. We asked for slippers as we’re traveling and not have everything with us, but they said slippers are provided only for premium rooms. I really found this very strange, I have stayed in hundreds hotels in my life and never heard something like this. The toilet is old needs renovation. Basically the price is too high compared to the hotel level.
