Rooms was lovely and spacious Breakfast was nice and good selection

To be improved

We were told we were unable to use the swimming pool facilities after check out. The rooftop area was completely empty with no guests. Terrible policy that they should explain on check in. Never had this experience before. Also the rooftop bar isn’t open during the day so you have to go downstairs to order f&b!

“Wonderful hotel close to Madrid airport”

The best

We stayed as a stopover while picking up our son from Madrid airport. We used the shuttle to go for him and it was so easy with pickup right outside the door. The hotel is fabulous with lovely big clean rooms and balcony, comfortable beds and great shower. The rooftop bar was gorgeous. Also they are pet friendly which was appreciated as we were travelling with our dog. We had a wonderful stay

“The art work, the design in general of the hotel, the staff were all so so kind, authentic, hard working with such a positive attitude. I loved everything about the Innside by Meliá Hotel. The architecture is stunning and so unique. I loved the robes and slippers available to use in the bedrooms. They aren't just plain boring white slippers. They are much better quality, design and material than any other hotel I've ever stayed at. I can only recommend booking with Innside Hotel, it was worth every penny especially because of the reception staff and their witty sense of humour. A big thank you to the whole team. Muchisimas gracias a todo equipo, os apreciamos mucho.”
