This was our perfect holiday. Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and great pillows.Sparkling pools Great location. Fabulous food everywhere we went. Too many great ones to mention. Bondi Beach restaurant literally next door , fabulous food/cocktails. Ibizza few restaurants along. Great Paella. Beautiful beach a few yards away. Bus service to stunning beaches., Just booked to return as so much to see and do here. Perfect Stay

Anyone complaining about this hotel must be mad - the most stunning location with amazing modern rooms that offer everything we, as a family of two adults and two kids, need. Nothing too much trouble, asked for a kettle and was brought up within 10 mins. Cleaners are superb, fresh towels every day and toiletries refilled. Breakfast is so fresh and tasty with a great selection. Staff are so friendly. The view from the front sea view rooms is stunning. Never ever in all our years of holidaying have been able to find two sun loungers together so easily! Slight niggle is that the pool s a little small (and deep for our 4 year old). Anyone complaining about not being able to use balinese beds by the pool (I believe they are payable) just need to do their homework first - just use the beds to the right of the pool (or, actually play with your kids in pool rather than sitting on the side!). Will return without a doubt. PS don't be put off by Magaluf's reputation, it's super family friendly

I booked this hotel a little last minute and just hoped for the best based on the reviews. Turns out it was an absolute Gem! Checking in and reception was quick, polite and very friendly, she explained some information about the hotel and the obvious cool and quirky decor. We arrived late so straight to the room for bed, we all had a key on a wrist band, I love this as you can just relax or let the kids fight over who's turn it is to open the door. The room was spacious, with a separate room for the children, we had a Beach house suite. It was clean and the decor continued with all necessary amenities and a stunning sea view was a nice surprise, there was an added treat of quirky complimentary slippers which is great if some sand has got in but they clean and clearly mop daily so there is never any unavoidable sand for long if youve been to the beach. Beds were massive and comfortable and the lighting made it really cosy. Our television was broken when we arrived, clearly someone has fallen against it, it was replaced by breakfast, we didn't need it anyway but it was great to see the promptness of resolving a problem, there was a little kitchenette with complimentary drinks being refilled and the bathroom was lovely with storage and soft towels. The breakfast was really nice and offered a great range for everyone and the snack bar was also great, with the best club sandwich I have ever tasted, I'll be making a version of it when I get chance as it really was the best. There were also a good range of drinks and cocktails. The flow rider was reasonably priced and the staff were really good, clearly knew what they were doing and also encouraging the kids to take the next step every time they had a go, developing them in to standing surfing withing and hour, this was crazy to see how fast they pushed the kids but they were all loving it. There was also a climbing wall and and onsite surf clothing shop. The family pool was lovely, not too deep but the only thing which is an issue is you can't see the pool from the majority of the sun loungers as it is a raised level and most sun loungers are on the terrace, to see the pool you would need to hire a larger loungers at the pool. Our youngest is 7 and can swim so we could pop to the bar but if you had younger children this may be an issue, there is a lifeguard for reassurance and the hotel also supplies towels. There is also an adult only pool which looked lovely but we didn't use. The gates open up straight onto the beach and where loungers and parasols can be hired which also have a safe so you can store valuables. Ther was also a restaurant on site but we never went to this as our plan was to go out for dinners, it was close to lots of nice bars ans restaurants and a 15 minute walk yo Plamanova if you fancied food there. The staff were brilliant, most of them are not fully perfectly English speaking but all seemed fluent in Spanish and French but this wasn't a barrier, more a reminder that we need to practice our Spanish more. And an added bonus, there is a small, clean functional gym with screens and included classes to be played, I did a cycling class every morning so felt like my self care was all catered for on this holiday. I will 100% come again.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s rudeness and unwillingness to help were shocking. When I raised a genuine safety and comfort concern, they simply did not care. The photos on their website are completely misleading. We trusted those images when booking, but the reality was far from what was advertised. Instead of a bright, comfortable room, with a pool view, we were given what can only be described as a 'bunker' on the ground floor. The windows could not be opened without risking someone from outside easily entering the room. I explained to reception that I could barely breathe in the room and that opening the window was unsafe. No effort was made to change our room or address the issue. This is not a 4-star property by any stretch of the imagination, it would struggle to qualify as a 2-star. The combination of unsafe conditions, unprofessional staff, and deceptive advertising makes this place feel like a scam. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel.
