“Safe neighborhood, comfortable and spacious stay!”

Very spacious and comfortable with 2 rooms, full living & dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Place was clean and beds were comfortable to sleep on. There is only 1 central aircon in the living room (with none in the rooms) so we did turn it down a little when we got back to the apartment so that it will be cool when we slept. Location of the apartment is also in a safe neighborhood, with a lot of food options around the area. Enjoyed going out in the morning to get bakes / coffee. Not the nearest to the city centre (have to take the metro or bus) but walking distance to the riverfront which was nice as well. Staff were also very helpful and the access to unlock and lock the apartment doors were also very convenient.

To be improved

To take note that there weren’t any elevators so we had to carry the luggages up by ourselves. Also, felt that the toilet, though fully functional, was smaller than expected. There also aren’t any luggage storage area as there is no reception area. Host did recommend us to use an external service (bags&go) which was convenient but at an extra cost.

Close (<10mins walk) to metro Not a touristy location 3 blocks to grocery and restaurants Easy access (key code) and great communication/ instructions from host.

To be improved

Killed about 5-10 little ants each day on the kitchen counter. Place was clean, but tiny ants could be found crawling in the kitchen counter by the sink. A couple in the bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms.

Great location, easy access via app to flat, shampoo and shower gel, washing pack with cloth, sponge, dishwasher tablets etc. nice and clean comfy settee, blackout shutters on windows

To be improved

No air con in the bedrooms only in the living room made sleeping difficult due to the heat
