The property is in the best location. You can walk from the bus station and to all the shops and fabulous restaurants.

The location was spectacular. The staff were even better. They did everything they could to accommodate us.

A fantastic hotel in a great location in the city centre. The staff at reception were excellent and promptly answered all queries before we arrived and fulfilled all our requests.During our stay all reception staff went above and beyond to assist us in every way.All staff were extremely professional at all times.Overall a great hotel and a fantastic stay in San Sebastian

“Good location and nice room”
The best

We chose a corner room with two types of balconies which we loved. The bed was comfortable and the air con was quiet and effective. Location was good.

To be improved

It was a little bit noisy outside but not enough to stop sleep. We had breakfast at the hotel twice (due to torrential rain) and the man serving breakfast wasn’t overly friendly and the quality of breakfast was quite low. Better places to eat elsewhere.
