“Overall, the apartment has many positives and it is definitely nice for a short stay”

- We received very clear and helpful instructions before our arrival, which made check-in smooth. The night security person was especially kind and helpful—he assisted us with the keys, explained where everything was, and was very friendly throughout our stay. - The apartment is very close to a lovely beach that’s mostly used by local residents. It’s not overcrowded like other tourist-heavy areas of Benidorm. - The apartment has excellent air conditioning and climate control.

To be improved

- When we first entered the apartment, there was a strong toilet smell that lingered until the end of our stay. This was quite off-putting - they need to do something about it and I noticed another comment about this subject. - There is ongoing construction site directly in front of the building, and the heavy machinery noise started every morning at 7 AM (except weekends), which disrupted our sleep. - During our 12-day stay, no cleaning service was provided. When we inquired, we were informed that cleaning comes at an additional cost over 100€ which was disappointing and not what we expected for a stay of that length.

“Fantastic apartment”

Spotless apartment, everything you need & more, modern & comfortable, fantastic coffee shop/cafe on floor 0, terrace on floor 46 with fantastic views out the back over the town & mountains, even better views from the infinity pool at the front & a really good sauna, gym etc to use while staying at this apartment, a short walk to a couple of supermarkets/bars/restaurants & cafes & maybe a 15, 20 min walk to the old town, which attracted us to this location, couldn't recommend it high enough, fantastic host & always available via messaging,

To be improved

While there we had some very heavy showers which caused a slight smell from the toilet, the host was more than accommodating in explaining etc,

“If you want a plush place away from The Strip, this is it.”

The property was kitted out with top quality furniture and appliances , freezing air con, comfy beds and memory foam pillows. The facilities were immaculate and the coffee bar / diner reasonably priced but top quality, delicious food. We had an issue when we arrived, we were given a smaller appartment than I had booked, this was literally resolved in minutes after a brief call and we were moved to a larger appartment without question. We were concerned it may be a bit far out, however it’s about a 30 minute walk to the Old Town or €8 in a taxi and €10 to The Strip. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk and wasn’t overcrowded. Would highly recommended and would go back without question if in Benidorm.

To be improved

All good except bar on 46th floor was closed, didn’t look like it had ever been open and we were told the top floor swimming pool was being refurbished, this wasn’t mentioned in the booking.

Some more detailed instructions would be nice. We were lucky that security person find our keys at the reception and explained us everything.
