The best

The best building in Benidorm and highest apartment building in Europe. I liked the view, the big TV and jacuzzi.

To be improved

A couple of more shower gels shampoos and towels would help. Also there is no soap in the apartment.

The best

On floor 0, next to the main swimming pool, there is a very good cafe with delicious coffee, great breakfasts and very good service.

To be improved

Old facility, overrated. Nothing is allowed in the swimming pool!!! Children can't play, you can't even bring a ball or a mattress there, you can't eat or drink anything, there's no music, it's very boring. It stank from the sewage!!! Far from the beach, on the way back you have to go uphill. Big problem with collecting the keys because the staff does not speak English. Children are allowed in the swimming pool at the very top only at certain times and only with swimming caps, which is absurd.
