“3 days in Benidorm”

The best

Facilities at the complex were great. 2 swimming pools. A gym. 4 hot tubs on the roof. Great views. The apartment had a nice lounge area and a great balcony. Also, the washing machine and tumble dryer were a bonus.

To be improved

The apartment was a bit too small for 4 adults. 2nd bedroom was a sofa bed which, when used, almost filled the room. This prevents you from opening the main door. The only way way back into the apartment was via the balcony door. The apartment wasn't equipped with an oven, only a microwave and 2 hobs. There was no information on how to access the wifi.

“Amazing experience – our go-to apartment in Benidorm!”

We’ve stayed in the Intempo building before, but this apartment managed by this company is on another level. The difference in cleanliness and service is truly noticeable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the team was always available, helpful, and punctual whenever we needed anything. They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The building itself is iconic, with stunning views and top-notch shared spaces: a fully equipped gym, a great café offering high-quality breakfast and specialty coffee, and direct access to the beach — perfect for a 5km morning run. One of my favorite spots is the sky bar at the top of the building, where I love working on my laptop while enjoying the incredible panoramic views and peaceful atmosphere. The WiFi works perfectly too. We always try to book this exact apartment when visiting Benidorm. It’s not just a place to stay — it feels like home.

“Amazing, we will definitely return.”

Just returned from a weeks stay. The apartment was amazing, very comfortable and everything you could need for a great stay. The facilities in the building were brilliant and great we could use them too. Great location close to restaurants and bars and amazing views. Check in was very easy and Petra was brilliant, easily contactable and very helpful. I would 100% stay again.

“Great stay but coukd of been better”

The apartment was spotless and very airy and bright ,we were lucky to get an early checkin at 2pm , we were met with the ladies cleaning the apartment and also met with them on checkout at 11am after our 10 day stay.I Did find it odd that there was no one there to show us around ,explain things to us,. we had to find things out as we went along , I did send a few messages to the host ( Petra ) about things we weren’t sure of .We have always stayed in hotels and had our rooms cleaned so I just assumed we may have maybe 1 clean throughout the holiday (my bad ) I asked Petra about this and was very rudely reminded that it was an apartment and not a hotel !!! , that could be her manner , who knows

Intempo advertises that they have Juice bar - they do not ,it’s a vending machine Bar - they do not have Restaurant- they do not ,it’s a coffee shop but also does breakfast and lunch I will add we had a few things from it including wine and they were very nice. Pool is only open from may to September which is a shame because it was beautiful, thankfully we only lost one day of not using it . It also shows jacuzzis on the 47th floor but I was told from reception that is now permanently closed ,so we lost out on that also .
