“Just Ok. Expensive. Too crowded. Too big. Bad service.”

Arrived at 10pm at night after a 3 hour wait for our car hire at Mallorca airport. No water in the room, beds weren't made up, fridge broken, cupboard broken. Staff showed no compassion for our situation, refused to give us water. We were put in a room facing the entertainment which meant loud music until 10pm at night - impossible to get our kids to sleep at a reasonable hour. Everything was an 'add on cost' which we weren't informed about. The breakfast was overpriced. The slide pool which was heavily featured in the accommodation photos and one of the main reasons we chose the location was over €50 / day EXTRA on top of the price. False advertising.

“I regret booking this Hotel and will never return”

Worst Hotel Ever – Do Not Recommend This hotel is nothing like the photos. The most disturbing part: the smell in the room. It started off musty and damp, and over time became almost unbearable—like a sewage treatment plant. It felt downright unhealthy to stay in that environment. The bathroom flooded every time someone took a shower—water everywhere, including under the toilet. It was disgusting. The sofa bed for kids was tiny and full of gaps— completely unsafe for small children. The staff, especially at reception, were unfriendly and unhelpful. No parking slots available. The beach was littered with plastic and trash. As for the pool: way too small for the number of guests, and there were never enough sunbeds.

The best

Nice family hotel. Very clean. Nice pools and small beach within short walk. Nightly entertainment. Restaurants and stores within 2 min walk.

To be improved

Not enough sun chairs around pools. We could never find any available chair to seat by the pool. People at the reception could be more informative about breakfast/diners available at the property and hours and pricing; about Landry room or service; about nightly entertainment, hours and maybe performers; that there was a small train that tours the town; that we had to pay for slides in the splash pad etc. At the check in we were just given the keys to the room and told to ask if we had any questions. We had to figure out everything on our own.

“The location is stunning!!!!!! 99% of the staff were amazing and very helpful. Thus is why one woman on re ptuin in the evening stood out for being rude she was out if place completely. Gave an entitled aura such a shame and a huge contrast to the rest of the staff. The life guards are exceptional.”
