The location is excellent, near the train station and in the lovely Russafa neighborhood, the house is large and clean, and the towels were very soft. The thing to keep in mind though is that being at the first floor of the building, the space would have been more suited for a public function then an apartment, you can't really open the blinds in the first bedroom as it s right next to the street and the garbage bins, it didn t bother us as such as we were out mostly during the day time. There is a slight sewage smell as with most valencian houses but the provision of room perfumes helped. The air conditioning works very well, and even in colder nights you can be sure it will provide heating. This can be an excellent choice if the price reflects the odd placement at street level.
