“It was OK · Cons: No staff at this hotel. If you need anything or any help, you are on your own. The web reservation they sent was a bad URL. This required a series of back and forth WhatsApp messages. Very inconvenient and a bit worrisome. You don't really know if you have a reservation or not.”

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Great location. A short walk to everything we needed.

To be improved

The self check in was not very efficient. We checked in online but didn’t receive our entry code information. I had to call and request it. Then there was confusion with another guest, whose entry code we were given. The other guest happened to be a friend (completely separate reservation though) and our room numbers and codes were switched. We made it work but only because we knew each other. We were supposed to be able to access our room at 2pm but it had not been cleaned yet. And after the code issue was resolved (somewhat resolved) we didn’t actually get into our room until after 3pm. After arriving in town on foot because we were walking the Camino de Santiago, we were exhausted…so waiting like that was not ideal for us. We stayed for two nights and had to contact the property manager again, using WhatsApp, because our code stopped working when our friend checked out (again, hers was a completely separate reservation).
