“It was fairly good, quite comfortable, but very little to do, pool area very busy.”

The best

Location suits us quite well when travelling to/from Bilbao or Santander ports. Great that hotel allows pets.

To be improved

Breakfast was okay, but would be better with hot buffet choices, a full English breakfast would make a huge improvement! Restaurant evening menu is a little limited and no clear signage as to when the menu del dia starts or ends. Should offer free parking for staying at the hotel.

“Nice stop over”

The best

It was a good stop over and the best beer on tap that we have tried.

To be improved

Location was not great but there was a bus into the city centre for 1 euro and stopped outside the hotel and was 5 stops away

“Breakfast was good, but can be better if there was variety for different days. We stayed there for 9 nights so we kinda hoped/wanted something different on the other days . · Cons: I slipped on the tub on my second night. I had bruises and I hurt my back. I asked for a rubber mat for the tub but they only gave me a towel mat. A rubber mat should be provided to avoid slips and a handle bar should be installed on the wall at the side of the tub for safety.”

Lovely pool and comfy beds. Very quiet which surprised me given the location. The front desk person went out of his way to give us good advice.
