Free Parking for San Fermin Festival! Place was clean & cleaning staff helpful.

Check in was mixed up & had to call for assistance in getting codes to unlock doors. Prior communication was inadequate. Air conditioning didn't work on a couple of hot days.

It was very clean.

It is a cold, stark, and sterile (but adequate) place to stay 1 night. Did NOT give the "mountain view," OR the double bed requested and promised. "Towels" [SIC] were like sandpaper! Check-in was automated and intrusive. I would NOT stay there again. (Cleaning Lady was awesome!)

Clean. Beds were comfortable. Daily housekeeping if requested

To be improved

There were four beds in the room and only one bedside lamp. Calling the number on the website was no help. I eventually borrowed a lamp from another guest’s room.
