The communication with the company is fast and easy, as so checkin was too. There was an issue with the sink, which was resolved instantly my the manager. Good location, close to bunch of restaurants, grocery store and the beach

To be improved

The sink in the bathroom was leaking badly, straight into the drawer beneath it. Which means - there was NO CLEANING in the bathroom, otherwise it would be noticed immediately. Half of the electrical sockets were too loose to work. The lock on the main door was almost felling apart Basically the apartment is maintained poorly

Location. Very hot water. High pressure shower.

Outdated. Seriously, dont get fooled by the advert photos this apartament needs a refurb! Outdated, with broken furnitures, dirty, old and uncomfortable mattresses. Very minimal Kitchen equipment. And the worst bit on top of all of this cockroaches !!!!! Disgusting. Few years back we stayed at same Block different apartament and it was brillinat this one was not!!

“The good and the not so good”

The location, the shower was good

Bedside lights had USB plugs but nowhere to plug them in which made visiting the bathroom in the night difficult had to leave bathroom light on all night. Settee was uncomfortable. No bin in the bathroom.

It was a great location and the property was modern.

The kitchen and bathroom were not completely clean but nothing too bad. Would be great to have more towels and higher quality.

“The location is amazing. However currently there are construction works happening there which are extremly loud (just outside of the window) and start pretty early. The property mentions them but I have overseen it and was surprised. The flat is spacious with large bed, sofa in a separate room. There is an unpleasent smell from the bathroom and some small ants in the kitchen that come over if you don't wash the plates immediately. For the discomfort of the noise the price could be lower but apart from that ot is a good place to stay at.”
