“Fantastic stay in a beautiful place in the mountains”
The best

Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Friendly staff who were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional and delicious.

To be improved

We enjoyed being in the mountains but be aware it’s about 30mins to San Sebastián and 1hr to Bilbao so away from the main cities.

The best

We returned to this hotel at the end of our trip because we loved it so much and it didn’t disappoint, we had a slightly smaller room but still very comfortable . The staff are great and the bar and restaurant are lovely. The bar in the town is lovely and such good value for money .

To be improved

No coffee machine in this room. Leaving again to come home.

The best

This place is spectacular, the views are to die for and the staff are lovely. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable. We ate in the bistro which had a lovely menu and was very reasonably priced. The Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
