I had an excellent experience during my stay at ISG Apartments Estudio en La Alameda. I particularly appreciated: - the ideal location of the apartment, perfectly situated for exploring the city; - the fact that there were no additional taxes or nightly fees to pay; - the spaciousness and comfort of the apartment; - the great value for money; - the well-equipped facilities; - the spotless cleanliness; - the peace and quiet, perfect for resting; - and above all, the quality of communication with the host, who was always quick to respond, respectful, and professional.

To be improved

The host forgot to send the flat number so we had to phone them to help us to get into the flat but the person we phoned was very helpful.
