I think this is one of the best locations for longer stay in Costa Adeje. The neighbourhood is rather quiet comparing to the lower parts of Costa Adeje, well-kept gated community, really beautiful cascading apartments with 2 available swimming pools (one heated) and a bus stop just across the main gate. Free parking along the street up the hill (in the evening hard to find a spot somewhere close). Huge terrace with beautiful view of the sunset and sea. The apartment itself was very clean, it was very well equipped, it has many amenities necessary for a longer stay like for example dish soap and dishwashing sponge, all necessary cooking equipment and cleaning equipment, washing liquid and many others - I really appreciate this kind of things. Very comfortable wide bed and very comfortable big sofa in living room. There was portable air con. but no need to use it in winter. The owner is very helpful and willing to communicate. I loved relaxing there after long days of outside activities or sometimes relax by the swimming pool which was not very busy.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the owners were wonderful about sharing recommendations for restaurants, bars etc. We did not rent a car and we’re able to walk to the beach and local restaurants easily. If you are reasonably fit this will be a great location. The pool on property is also very nice.

I rate the accommodation very positively in terms of communication with the owner, who is very willing. The absolute top is the large terrace and sea view. This is exactly what adds value to this apartment. The ratio of quality and price is very favorable compared to the competition, which is another advantage. In the apartment you have everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation here, but you can see signs of use and it is intended for an undemanding client. I recommend the bed only for those who love soft mattresses. Since my husband and I prefer harder ones, our sleep was of poor quality and we couldn't sleep well. The disadvantage is also the impractical blinds in the bathroom, through which you can be seen when you shower, so we had to shower during the day, because we would be seen in the evening. The kitchen window could also include an insect sreen. Due to the fact that we were in the peak season and the temperatures were really high, the apartment was very warm, as there is no fan or air conditioning. At least an terrace awning would help, but there is only an umbrella. We also had a problem with parking, since in the peak season the street is full and it is difficult to find a parking space, we had to park in side streets. Anyway, these are practical details that one can deal with and solve, so after all I rate the apartment very positively. We felt good there, and if the owner catches a few of these mistakes in the future, it will be for 10 stars. We wish everyone a wonderful holiday in this accommodation. We enjoyed it!
