great location with restaurants nearby and close drive to the airport and other areas of Tenerife. I loved it. So much better than staying in a hotel. It was perfect for what I needed. Kitchen with full size fridge and dining area. Balcony and great shower. If trying to find on Google maps - search for Island Village HEIGHTS.

To be improved

Parking is a little hit and miss. People park half on the pavement but it all worked.

The best

Great king size bed, amazing view from the balcony, and the place is just 15 minute walk from the beach. The pool on the 4th floor is very nice with a view, different deepness of the pool allows also smaller children but adults as well. The whole building is well maintained and clean.

“Fabulous value and almost perfect!”

The best

We loved virtually everything about the property. Comfortable, clean, in perfect order. Great shower, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen with full size oven and hob, fridge-freezer, plenty of essential utensils and a bonus small washing machine and drying area on the balcony. Quiet location with several restaurants, shops and bars in the immediate location. Island Village Heights complex is far enough away from the busy promenade to enjoy a relaxing, peaceful vacation, but a pleasant 10 minute downhill stroll to the array of restaurants, supermarkets and other seafront attractions. Fabulous views from the balcony and just a few steps away from the closest taxi rank. Roberta was extremely helpful and communicated well at all times.

To be improved

We were lucky enough to enjoy some fabulous temperatures for October, however, the apartment does not have air-conditioning and no fans either. We didn’t feel we wanted to bother Roberta by asking her to bring one, but with hindsight, most nights were almost unbearable and a fan would have made our stay perfect. I do feel that having a fan in the apartment without having to ask for one would earn the apartment a full 10/10 as it really was fabulous value.
