The Hotel is well equipped with all the needs to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is excellent and well served. Staff very helpful.

I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. From the moment I entered the lobby, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel that persisted during my entire visit. This should be relatively straightforward to address through proper ventilation and the use of air-refreshing systems. The condition of the room was also below expectations. The furniture appeared very old and worn. Most concerning was the condition of the bed sheets—they had visible stains, some of which resembled blood. This is absolutely unacceptable, regardless of the hotel’s rating. Even if sheets have been washed, any stained linens should be discarded and not reused. This made me seriously reconsider whether I even wanted to sleep in the bed. Additionally, the towels were extremely worn out and in need of replacement. I understand this is not a 4-star hotel, but there are certain basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance that every guest should be able to rely on. These issues significantly affected the overall experience, and I strongly encourage management to take immediate action to improve the hygiene and condition of the facilities.

Four stars hotel with nice rooms and good service. located between the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences. On the minus side, the smokers area on the entrance is bad. The smoke stays concentrated and when the doors open, goes inside the lobby,
