“Nice modern hotel 15 minutes drive from airport, 200m to metro station and 20 minutes from City centre.”

It was relatively new and near to Suanzes Metro station

To be improved

On arrival, there was no where to stop or park in front of the hotel to drop off luggage and check in. Parking was available at Ibis hotel down the street.

“Calm, modern, near luxurious”

The best

Amazing place in business district. Means very calm, not much traffic and no noise. Enough restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Excellent staff. Can`t praise enough the communication and experience with the staff. Happy with late checkout also. Spacious and modern rooms. Great shower. Good wifi. Curtains are good and blocking light in the night. Swimming pool is ok and I was happy to use it. Metro is nearby.

“Clean, excellent staff all good if you need something closer to the airport.”

The best

The facility is very clean, and it’s a new building. The staff were great, and overall, my experience was positive. However, I rated it lower because the username and password provided for the Wi-Fi didn’t work. When I tried to call for assistance, the phone was not functioning. I had to get dressed and go downstairs to ask for help, only to find out that the method for connecting to the Wi-Fi was different from what was provided initially. I want to emphasize that this is a minor issue that won't stop me from returning. However, I hope they can take my feedback into account. It would be helpful for them to fix both the phone and the Wi-Fi connection process. Please consider this as constructive criticism rather than a negative complaint.

To be improved

The view and the location, however, it is very close to the airport so if you need a hotel to stay for the night closer to the hotel then this is the place.

“Excellent!”

The best

Amazing property, would definitely visit again! Nice minimal and clean interior. The neighbourhood was also quiet and the hotel was very close to the train station! Very handy. The staff were also very kind.

To be improved

I could not control where the air from the AC unit was blowing towards. It was always blowing in one direction, towards the bed. I used the control panel to reduce the air speed which helped but my partner ended up getting a bad headache and cold because of this. Everything else was great!

“The perfect place to stay when in Madrid.”

Location is perfect as it’s close to the Suanzes Metro Station, Chamartin Train Station, and the airport. The room is spacious and very clean. It has a minibar and coffee machine which are quite useful. The air conditioner is very efficient. Minimalistic uncluttered room interior is relaxing.
