“Clean, spacious, nice view, the elevator was working! · Cons: Parking was diabolical. There is literally nowhere to park in Ondarroa. If you are traveling by car find another town. We asked about parking in advance and were told there is free parking everywhere in the town. Only problem is there is nothing available. Only one electric socket in the kitchen. Can't use the kettle (which was ridiculously small) and the toaster ( or anything else) at the same time.”

“Good”

The best

The bedroom and living room were nicely appointed and very comfortable. The view out of the windows was also rather nice. We also loved the washing machine/dryer combination unit that was perfect for a traveler (high quality LG machine) because you can put in a wash before leaving for the day, and it is dry when you return. The town itself was OK, but we preferred Lekeitio or San Sebastian after visiting all three during this trip.

To be improved

The initial finding of the building front door and getting into the building without the physical key was confusing and stressful. Providing a photo of the front door, in the context of the busy Plaza, would help. Also, there are lots of stairs and the elevator did not function.
