“Excellent location, warm flat with lots of natural light”

The best

We loved the apartment as a couple! It had plenty of space for us to work from home in separate spaces and the flat has a great amount of natural light, which we always look for. We were there for a month - no wifi issues at all, the space is very warm, the kitchen facilities are great and easy to use and there is plenty of storage space. We were 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and 15 minutes from the main high street that starts over the river. We found a gym 10 minutes walk away (Basic Fit) and there is a great pizza takeaway very nearby (Pizzeria Crunch). Lidl is less than 5 minutes away and there's loads of greengrocers and convenience shops available. The nearest Metro station is a 2 minute walk (Santutxu) but we barely used it because the whole city is so walkable from this location.

To be improved

We had to reset the boiler pressure twice during our stay, but it is an easy model to use and the water was warm again within 15 minutes.

Spacious apartment, all facilities included. Easy to contact the owner. 10 minutes walk from the old city center.

To be improved

Keys were not where they were supposed to be at arrival. The owner solved the problem within half an hour though. Beds were not too confortable.
