Apartment needs painting, new AC, remote for TV in living room

The second bedroom is not as beautiful and curated as the first bedroom. Being 2 sets of friends with daughters, the difference between the 2 rooms made us feel unconfortable. The glass at the kitchen table needs to be fixed. The little balcony needs to be cleaned up there are no chairs, and buckets to clean the floor. You can not sit there.

Veranda tiny weather not warm enough to use. We were only given one hand towel another would have been helpful. A lamp in the living room woujd have been nice we took one from one of the bedrooms it created a better atmosphere.

The facilities in the kitchen were very basic so couldn’t comfortably cook. Also I booked the apartment because it had a balcony with a table and so I wanted to work my two days out on the balcony - when I arrived there was no table, just chairs so I asked Juanca to organise and he said he would but I never heard back which I don’t think is great customer service - I booked this apartment for the balcony!
