It is clearly old. You get what you price, old apartment enough clean and comfortable to stay for a reduce budget.

Old, rusty, mouldy apartment with 5cm long COCKROACHES that is dirty even after it is "cleaned". The AC is broken, and it's right above you, so you will be hit with it directly all the time. The windows and the flat are old, so you will hear every single thing that is going on in the streets like it is next to your head or the apartment above. I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours a night, until I bought a pair of earplugs. And if you complain about all these things, the owner says "its just a common thing in spain or in Malaga to have cockroaches, so you should deal with it. The washing machine is not working properly all our clothes came out smelly and stinky, and after that they couldn't dry in 3-4 days, of course the owner said open the windows and put the rack under it. Well, it doesn't have a mosquito net, so you will have mosquitos and apperantely COCKROACHES as well. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE. It was the worst experience I ever had on booking in the last 10 years or so.

Dirty.. anti-cockroach tablets on the floor.. no enough soap, coffee machine with no capsules, strange stains on the duvet, torn bath curton, overall dirt, in general in Malaga they don't care about tourist experience it seems they have too many of them and try to take as much money from them as possible e.g. there was a key storage box on the front door but they have a 30 euro check in after 10pm fee as if it is up to us when the plane lands
