At first, I thought I was in Eden. Gardens. Lovely. But THEN I got a WhatsApp I should NOT having picked the one rose and some peas. Very wierd! I am being WATCHED? There are NO pre-instructions r/t this. Included also was something about 'don't go onto patio' which has no sign and is where the path goes?!?! This all in a What'sApp! YET, it had already been difficult to get a real person to help with cooktop and understanding hot water took 2 mins. How would I know it would come? ......Really 4mins the day I left. Messaging is NOT a good way to communicate. I had to send VIDEOS x2 to show how I was pressing stovetop on. Girl came over was nice enough, but harried. The DECORATOR table weighs 50lb and is SLOPED all around, so it has no function but to appear pretty. Glasses have to be watched carefully. I also received. 2 different instructions about WHERE the garbage went...but ANOTHER Whatsapp that THERE ARE FINES, etc. I try to help be clean and tidy, but there were no cans on the street. I have stayed at 3 other bookings. None have sent messages in BOLD FACE "there are fines!". Sounds like management thinks by being rude to everyone they will fix a problem they have. Toledo was wonderful. Palaces. Tagus trails. Cathedrals. Mudejar architecture on every corner!

My overall impression....this is SOMEONE ELSE'S place, not for the client. It's insulting that only the owner's ideas are considered. It's a stage set you are allowed to visit, the expectations aren't clear and the attitude is punitive if you do not follow the owner's ideas. I am a tidy single traveler who does not stress any booking much. I enjoy treating other's property well, when it is coordinated, not punitive.
