I didn't prepare very well. I should have hired a rental car, but to be honest, getting a taxi and then a bus isn't too expensive it actually probably works out cheaper than the rental car if you include petrol, the only thing is the time it takes to get into town. But to be honest, there is a beach at the bottom of the mountain.plus there's plenty to see and do in the local area, hire a bike, go for a ride, and go to the quieter beaches.. just prepare well, and you'll be okay👍

My recent stay at this apartment was very disappointing. Here are the main issues: 1. Cleanliness: The apartment was dusty, didn't look clean, and there was a terrible smell from the toilet, possibly due to a faulty sewage system. 2. Ant Infestation: We had to deal with ants everywhere for several days, which was very unpleasant. 3. No Air Conditioning (unlike the description): The apartment lacked air conditioning. The property owner provided a "Cooling Unit" after we contacted Booking.com, but it was just a fan with a humidifier and didn’t effectively cool the room. 4. Poor Kitchen Facilities: We chose this apartment for its kitchen due to severe allergies, but it was so poorly equipped that cooking was almost impossible. It had only one small electric stove, a tiny pot, no kettle, and very limited space (unlike the description of the stay). 5. Harassment by Property Owner: The property owner harassed us with constant messages, personal visits, and late-night knocks on the door for petty requests like switching off lights or closing windows. 6. No Balcony: Contrary to the description, there was no balcony. Instead, there was only a shallow window oriel. Overall, this stay was far below our expectations and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this apartment. Booking.com was also not very helpful. Despite contacting them immediately upon arrival, they couldn’t do anything without the property owner’s approval, so no refund or relocation was possible. Their customer service rules are very poor.
