The apartment was fabulous, it had everything we could need , washing machine, dishwasher etc. Great balcony for sitting out on evenings. Very quiet and peaceful at night, Comfortable big beds. We were met at the property by Jonny which was easy. The location was about a twenty minute walk into Denia which was fabulous, with all its restaurants and bars, it is a lovely town to explore. The beach was closer being only a fifteen minute walk and Aldi just around the corner. The tram service is worth using as it is so easy.

Good sized 1 bed flat with outside area. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, good sized TV and a reproduction Klimt on the wall. Also had use of a swimming pool

The 2 apartments we used were very clean and all the amenities worked. It was excellent value for money

To be improved

Unfortunately upon arrival we were informed that we had to change apartment after 4 days into another for our final 3 days, for no real reason other than the owner was returning. If we had known that beforehand we would have probably cancelled the booking. It was quite inconvenient and we had to change ours plans and lost a whole morning of our trip packing and changing apartment. Also in neither apartment did the patio and kitchen windows lock, which although on the 1st and 4th floors was still a security concern.
