The walls could do with a repaint.

Difficult access to property Tried to log in from home with no success. After phoning the property we were assured this would be sorted on arrival. Things just got worse. After arriving at the address, nobody ever heard of jardines. We had expected to pay security money at a reception area but none existed. We met a gentleman who was a resident of the property and he let us in the gate.we eventually got to pay the 200.euro on line and eventually got indoors. Property was just ok. No fresh towels for our stay. Most importantly if air conditioning went on power went off. Obviously system too weak. Nothing else to add but to say jardines was not a pleasant experience .

The property needs good maintenance; all pictures of what you are renting are from the property when it was brand new, and this is not the case anymore.

The whole apartment needs a coat of pain and updating. The bathroom was not very clean in the shower area. The garden was completely over grown and very claustrophobic. As the garden was very overgrown it attracted a lot of Mosquitos. One of our family members had a lot of bites of her legs and lower back from her bed, I found evidence of bed bugs. I informed the management agent but my comment was ignored. The door handles in the apartment are old with worn out mechanism which were broken and never repaired/replaced. I had to get a locksmith at my expense. The swimming pool comes with some restrictions. There are two disused apartment blocks beside the apartment which is unsightly. There is no information folder in the apartment which gives instructions/information on air conditioning unit, where to dispose of garbage, and rules in relation to the pool and where the sun loungers are belonging to the apartment etc. There is only one set of keys to the apartment block. The walls of the apartment are not sound proof, you can hear everything in the apartment above you ie people going to the toilet, taking a shower and dragging chairs around. Having read other reviews it is the same complaints/issues that previous clients have raised but they are not addressed by the owner/agency. The apartment is really not worth the price.
