“The worst agency, never trust”
The best

Flat was nice, but the agency was crap

To be improved

Agency left us outside in a night with 4 kids. They know what time we should be here. When they got a keys, they gave a wrong flat number. So we went into an apartment which waswrongandpeopkewant to call police to us. My kids wasacared. In a few days we found a new place, because after what kids saw and how they felt it didn't look like a safe holiday anymore. We left the apartment the second day( in total, it was 13 nights to stay), and the agency didn't return any money...
