- Mr Den Pronk was super fast (and nice) answering any questions via WhatsApp, no matter what time it was :) -The apartment is very modern, clean and well equipped (never had so many TV-Channels). Nice mountain view. -We loved the private parking with our rental car as searching for parking spaces in Marbella can be very annoying. Just having to call a number (you don't have to speak to someone, it just rings about two times) and the door opening automatically was very comfortable. -The apartment is perfectly located. It is in a calm area but near to the centre. It's a three minute walk to the beach through a nice little park, to the old town it is not far as well. -We did not use the pool but it looked nice and was bigger than we thought. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

Our host lives in another country and as a result if you require any assistance it can be a bit difficult.

The laundry machine, plenty space, the balcony, good quality furnishings and modern, the clothes driers, the towels provided and the peaceful location.

To be improved

The floor got very wet in the shower room after showering, even with the soak up mat down.
