The staff were amazing! Alejandro was brilliant at guiding us on where to go in Madrid. Facilities spot on except our TV did not always work but that did not cause us an issue. Location was fab and every morning a delicious breakfast to start your day just a couple of buildings up the road. Would stay here again on my next visit to Madrid, would not even bother checking other hotels. Thank you

The best

The location, the staff was lovely and really helpful, the rooms were nice as they were named after countries instead of numbers.

We couldn't lock the bathroom doors.
