“If you like fancy hotels, don't stay there”
The best

The location is the best! And it is also clean but very basic and it needs a maintenance upgrade urgently. In the unit I stayed the floor was in very bad shape and the windows faced a blank wall.

To be improved

The floors, the windows facing a wall. The reception wouldn't/ couldn't move me to a nicer unit.

“Perfect setting, perfect staff and comfortable stay. Parking great under the building but very tight”
The best

Staff were super friendly and spoke very clear Spanish which was great for me to understand (I spend summer in murcia and it’s not so easy to understand everything there!) nice street view from the windows

To be improved

There was a climate control display but we couldn’t get the temperature to drop
