Improvement opportunities: * Finding the flat inside the complex was a nightmare. It took 35 minutes and back and forth texts with the host. The directions were very unclear (I.e. “go to the big pool and turn left”). If you have never been in the complex, knowing if the pool you are seeing in front of you is the big one, the middle one, or the small one is not an easy task. Host should have been better prepared with photos to share with guests upon arrival. She was, however, available by phone to explain after we took photos of of where we were standing, and tried to verbally explain where we should walk to after each photo . * Heating turned off (we were there for the Dec 31st week) - we were cold after the first night and asked about heating and were told it was turned off at the circuit breaker. Why would you do that to your guests in December? * One toilet roll in the bathrooms for a 4 nights stay. * No kitchen roll and one kitchen cloth available only for the whole stay. No hand soap in the bathrooms, we had to buy our own. It felt the host was trying to save rather than make guests comfortable overall. Lovely flat, very clean, great location, but we would not stay again.

We weren’t able to use the place for one night because the keys were stuck in the safe and nobody was answering our calls. Nobody helped us. We had to scramble to look for another place that night and there were no apologies nor an offer for a refund for even that night.

It’s quite far away from Puertos banus so would recommend staying somewhere else if longer taxis bother you
